Chef Kim Muller regularly works with several farmers at the Farmers Market where she picks up product on market day. She also gets deliveries through Farm to Restaurant Delivers and La Montanita Co-op. They also have an awesome garden at the restaurant where they grow some of their produce for the restaurant.Why is buying local important?
