Why is BACK ROAD PIZZA a Farm to Restaurant participant?
Owner Piper Kapin is continuously exploring options for finding local food at prices that can fit into their budget in order to keep their prices affordable. She is working closely with Farm to Restaurant Delivers by offering her back unit space for rent as an aggregation point for the project, while receiving farm-fresh food for her pizzas.Why is purchasing local food important?
