"I have greater respect and understanding for all the steps farmers must take to get food from seed to my door. I, in turn, relay this to my staff and guests, which educates and eases the price increases they see due to the use of these more valuable products."

"All communties must start focusing on supporting their local and state economies. It is important that the trend towards factory farming and ranching is reversed for nutritional and economic reasons."
