Why is Second Street Brewery a Farm to Restaurant Participant?
Owner Rod Tweet and Chef Tim buy meat/sausage, cheeses, and some produce. Due to their very convenient location in the Farmers Market building, deliveries are quite easy at their Railyard location. They will increase the amount of products as the growing season progresses, wider variety becomes available and as business volume increase with the spring/summer season.
