Producers Benefits & Requirements
Do you have produce, dairy or meat that you would like to distribute through the Santa Fe Alliance’s Farm to Restaurant Delivers project?
Farm to Restaurant Delivers, the aggregation and distribution system of local food, is embarking on its second year and need you! Showcase your farm as an active business working collaboratively to increase food production in New Mexico. Join us today!
Participation Requirements:
- Must be willing to follow post-harvest handling guidelines
- Accept wholesales pricing agreed upon by other producers and restaurants
- Work collaboratively with other producers and the F2R Delivers Coordinator
- Be prepared to stay in regular communication via email or phone
- Get extra exposure by becoming a member of the Santa Fe Alliance
- Strengthen this program and marketing material by completing the Farm to Restaurant survey
- Reinforce the marketing campaign by featuring Farm to Restaurant logo when possible (ask us for a copy)
As a Farm to Restaurant Delivers participant, you can:
- Open up a new market for yourself as a food producer for Farm to Restaurant Delivers
- Enhance your image by benefitting from a $40,000 marketing campaign promoting local food
- Get exposure in print, Cook with the Chef, radio interviews, Facebook and local & national media
- Showcase your farm or food production business on the Farm to Restaurant web site directory
- Feature your pride with the Farm to Restaurant logo at your booth or on your website
- Don’t have a web site? Become a member of the Santa Fe Alliance and we’ll showcase your business on our web site.
