We are seeking participants who are taking the initiative to acquire local food. Because chefs and owners have their own style and preferences in purchasing and sharing local food, we believe accountability will be most efficiently and effectively created through a qualitative assessment around local food buying and marketing, as well as a qualitative assessment based on sales through Farm to Restaurant Delivers.
