Farm to Restaurant Project

The Farm to Restaurant Project is a way to promote our member restaurants that feature local farm fresh products on their menus. These restaurants are committed to serving the freshest local food to their patrons. With support from the Santa Fe Farmers' Market, the Alliance produces a public awareness campaign ("Do You Know Who Grows Your Food?") that features the participating restaurants and farms. This year's sponsors of the project include Santa Fe Farmers' Market, Edible Santa Fe, and Farm to Table.

If you are interested in learning more about the Farm to Restaurant Project or to join the project as a participating restaurant or farm please contact us directly at (505) 989-5362 or via email: info@santafealliance.com.
