- Keep Santa Fe "The City Different" by helping to ensure that unique, one-of-a-kind
businesses survive.
- Enrich Santa Fe because each time money is spent at a locally-owned business, the
tax stays in our community to support city resources such as schools, parks, police
and fire departments, etc.
- Provide more new jobs since locally-owned businesses are Santa Fe’s largest employer.
- Enjoy a sense of community in human-scale businesses with employees who are committed
to Santa Fe.
- Ensure a solid foundation for our non-profit organizations which receive greater
support from locally-owned businesses than from non-locally-owned businesses.
